Scotts Lane will be closed for up to one week from Monday 23rd November for gas works. SGN will close the road at its junction with Bromley Rd. Traffic diversions will be in place.

The timing of the closure of Scotts Lane is very bad for our local environment as Albemarle Road is closed one way and Overbury during school hours. Bromley Council should re-open Albemarle Road and stop closing off our roads and Westgate Bridge. The situation is harmful for emergency services trying to reach residents and reflects a woeful lack of care and regard by Bromley Council for Beckenham inhabitants.
