Why join?
If you live in Beckenham become a member of your local residents’ association. You do not have to do anything, your membership alone supports the work of our Association as the more members we have the more decision makers must listen to us. So if you like the work we do in Beckenham, we are a pretty active bunch…..
- Keeping up to date on issues that affect Beckenham and sharing information with members.
- Representing members on a whole raft of issues including planning, licensing, health, council spending, policing, heritage, town centre improvement and more.
- Attending stakeholder meetings and influencing decision making on your behalf.
- Organising free events on The Green and promoting our town centre.
Please sign up. The small subscription fee makes a huge difference to the success of the Association. As a member you will also receive our Express Review newsletter three times a year. So all you need to do is sit back, read our newsletter and let us know your views about local issues.

Join up to West Beckenham Residents’ Association
Residents’ membership is also £5 per year per household. Please email info@westbeckenhamra.org for a membership form and send to the Treasurer at the address on the form.
Affiliate Block membership
CCARA also offers Affiliate Block Membership £2 per year. Do you live in a block of flats? Would everyone in the block like to receive the Express? Is someone in your block willing to distribute the Express within your block? If yes, your block could become an affiliate member of the Residents’ Association and pay a reduced subscription, currently 50% less per flat. As an affiliate you would receive a bundle of Express for your block three times a year to be distributed to the each flat. Join up at the link below:
