The Breeze Yoga team are coming to our market on Beckenham Green next weekend. At 10am the incredible Suzy Bain will lead a fun-filled yoga practice which will conclude with a magical 10 min Gong Bath by the wonderful Junior Valentine – what better way is there to start the day? The session is free of charge, we look forward to seeing you all on the mat!
