The platform footbridge at Beckenham Junction will be closed from Monday 14 February until April while work is carried out.

Please allow extra time to change platforms or connect with tram services during this time.

Hi There, we have been advised by Southeastern (who contacted Network Rail) the works are due to take place over the Xmas period. However, Network Rail have not confirmed a date to us. Network Rail have told us they should have a date this week. We will keep you posted.

Dear team,
Are you aware of any updated timlines to completion of footbridge works at Beckenham Junction rail station?

We are in November, well beyond the April completion guidence (I’d assume provided by Network rail).

Good to see improvement work but the timber station canopies need painting, graffiti and vegetation cleared and information panels long overdue explaining the station’s rich history spanning over 160 years including a Charles Darwin connection. 1856 Italianate Booking Hall should be a listed buidling
