Kent County Cricket Ground Planning Applications Given Consent

At the Council Development Control Meeting on 21 November 2013 the redevelopment of Kent County Cricket Ground received planning consent.
 

• The recent application for a permanent spectator stand (capacity 2,048 seats) and associated landscaping including remodelling of earth mound was given planning consent.
• Following on from outline planning permission given back in January 2012 the detailed application for appearance, means of access, landscaping, layout and scale relating to the 48 detached houses was agreed.
• Following on from outline planning permission given back in January 2012 the detailed application for granted for 3 detached buildings for use as indoor cricket training centre/ multi-function sports/ leisure facility, health and fitness centre and conference centre was agreed.
