Council Budget 2018-19- Have your say Friday 1 December 2017, 11 am – 12.30 pm

From the council website:

Bromley Council 2018-19 and beyond

An important part of the process to plan the council’s budgets is to understand the views of residents in our borough.

We will be holding round table meetings with Residents Associations to talk about our borough as well as hosting a daytime public meeting when everyone can join the conversation with the Council Leader and Cabinet.

The meeting will take place on Friday 1 December 2017, 11 am – 12.30 pm at the Council Chamber, Civic Centre, Bromley BR1 3UH and be followed by light refreshments.

Last year we were able to respond to residents’ views in the council’s budget with around £1million to enhance the street scene, planning and enforcement and evolve a new apprenticeship scheme to help more people into work. This is in addition to £1.5million of new money to improve services for our vulnerable young people.

If you are unable to attend our daytime public meeting – you can still let us know your views on what is important to you, where you would like to see changes as well as tell us your ideas on how we continue to keep Bromley borough the fantastic place it is in which to live, work and relax.
